Admission Procedure

At Harmilap Mission School, Ratan Lal Nagar, Kanpur, we welcome students to join our learning community where academic excellence, discipline, and holistic growth go hand in hand. The admission process is simple, transparent, and in accordance with CBSE guidelines.

Registration for current session is open for Play Group, Nursery and Prep. and few seats of classes 1 to 9. Prospectus and Registration form can be obtained from School office between 10.00 a.m. and 12 noon on payment os Rs.1000/- Date and time of Registration will be declared later on. Registration processing Fee Rs.500/- (NON-REFUNDABLE). Admission test and interaction dates will be declared at the time of registration.

Documents Required at the time of Registration:

  • Aadhar Card (Xerox Copy) of the Child.
  • Xerox copy of Nagar Nigam Birth Certificate of the Child.
  • Two recent Passport Size Photographs of the child. Photograph of the child with both Parents/Guardian will be required at the time of admission. (Guardianship affidavit is compulsary.)
  • Counter Signed T.C. with PEN Number (Permanent Education Number) of last school studied shall be required.
  • Registratíon is no guarantee of admission. Admission is granted based on the performance of the child in test/interaction.
  • The final decision with regard to the admission solely rests with the Principal.
  • Recommendations are not considered and donations for admission are not accepted.
