Fee Stucture 2025-26

Payment of School Fees

1. (a) Fees for P.G., Nursery, Prep., Class I- V will be deposited in Yes Bank. Govind Nagar, Kanpur, in favour of Harmilap Mission School.
(b) Fees for class VI - XIl will be deposited in HDFC Bank, Govind Nagar, Kanpur, in favour of Harmilap Mission School.

2. Fees will be deposited quarterly according to the above chart.

3. The prescribed fees must be deposited by the 15th of the first month of the quarter i.e. by 15th April,15th July, 15th Oct. & 15th Jan. Late fees should be deposited with Rs. 10/- per day fine from 16th upto the last date of the month I.e. upto April 30, July 31, Oct. 31 and Jan. 31.

4. In case the fees Is not deposited according to the above time schedule the name of the student may be struck off the roll without giving any further notice. Re-admission can, however be considered by the Principal in a genuine case subject to availability of seat on payment of prescribed readmission fee.

Withdrawals

If any student is withdrawn, he/she will have to pay school dues as per following rules. No concession shall be admissible.

A fee of Rs. 100/- is charged for the issue of T.C. Guardians seeking transfer certificate of their wards after the annual result may apply for the same in the prescribed form available in office. The guardians who apply for T.C. in April or subsequent month will have to pay fee as detail below :

1. From 1st to 5th April No tuition fee will be charged except T.C. fee.
2. From 6th to 10th April Tuition fee of one month plus T.C. fee will be charged.
3. From 11th April to 30th June Full tuition fee of the quarter and T.C. fee.
4. From 1st July to 10th July Full Qtr. fee of July plus complete payment of 1st quarter plus T.C. fee.
5. From 11th July Onwards Complete fee and other charges upto that quarter plus T.C. fee.
